Welcome from the course directors

This course is designed for knee surgeons who already treat multiligament injuries and know that, in these patients, the hard decisions are not in the textbooks: when to repair and when to reconstruct, which graft to tension and fix first, how to avoid tunnel convergence, when the problem is alignment rather than the graft.

On 11 and 12 March in Santiago we will discuss those decisions with the surgeons who make them every day: step-by-step techniques, debates with audience voting, surgical videos with expert commentary, and complex acute and chronic cases presented to a panel.

Bring your cases and your questions: peer discussion is at the heart of the course.

We look forward to seeing you in Santiago.
